We are owned by certified public accountants and are members in good standing with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and its Private Companies Practice Section, and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. The firm is subject to peer review of our auditing and accounting functions every three years. We have completed numerous such reviews, receiving the highest rating attainable each time. Our most recent peer review was conducted in 2015 by an independent firm of certified public accountants. We once again received an unmodified report on our system of quality control as a result of the review.
